Buy a house in a good area…Negatively gear. Then wait for it to (hopefully) double in value.
Sure, that approach does work – in some markets, some of the time.
The challenge is you’re speculating on future growth.
And, as we all know, the future is uncertain.
But, what if you could make net-positive cashflow day 1 instead?
So, you have money in the bank – instead of hoping for future growth.
That’s what I do.
I invest in properties that pay me 9%-11% yields, so I get cashflow from day 1.
And, this simple strategy gives me over $6,000 per week passive income.
That’s money I make – no matter what happens to house prices.
And, this means I’ve been able to financially retire in my 30’s.
So, I can spend more time with my Son max…or out in the harbour boating – while, I am still young enough to enjoy it.
