My #1 daily habit for peak performance

Do you want to be more productive and energised each day?

Here’s something I’ve been doing that may help you.

I’ve set up a points system, so if I do a healthy activity I get points.

EG:

50 Points for eating a handful of vegetables
50 points for having a cold shower
100 points for swim in ocean
200 points for Crossfit session
10 points a minute for mediation
50 points for being in bed by 9.30pm
100 points for getting up by 6am

I mark off my points throughout the day and then tally them up at the end of the day.

Sounds like a simple game.

But it’s very effective…because I am naturally a competitive person and I always want to beat the score of the day before.

So, at 9.30pm at night….

“Hmm should I watch something on Netflix….no way…I’ve got to get in 15 minutes of meditation so I can beat yesterdays’ score.

Turns out I am easy to manipulate.

Oh, and by the way, this game works on my kids too.

“Who wants to earn 50 golden points….do 10 star jumps now”

Anyway, you can use this system to motivate yourself to have great financial habits, health habits, whatever it is you’re striving for.
