Hi my name is Nhan Nguyen and I’ve done around 100 property deals.
Sounds like a lot, right?
Most investors start out with the goal of building a small portfolio that will give them a better retirement. I had bigger dreams for reasons I’ll explain.
But we all have something in common. There are obstacles that get in our way and hold back our property investment dreams.

I’m going to tell you. But first, here’s a little bit about me.
From Refugee to Financially Free
For those who haven’t guessed from my name, I have Vietnamese roots.
In fact, my parents came over to Australia after the Vietnam War on a leaky boat to start a new life for themselves.
They had lost almost everything, including many of the people that they loved, to that war. But they still had me and my siblings, and they wanted nothing but the best for us.
Moving to Australia wasn’t just about making more money. It was about providing us with access to better education and a safer life.
And an education is what I received. My parents encouraged me to study hard and to find a job, which is what led me down the path of medicine.
But there was a problem. Medicine just wasn’t my passion and I couldn’t pretend that it was.
The end result?
I failed the entry exam to medical school. Twice!
But this failure did teach me an important lesson. I was trying to follow the path that my parents had laid out by applying for medical school.
But it wasn’t my path. I needed to forge a path of my own if I was to become a success in life.
Property Comes Calling
My inspiration came when I started reading a book called Rich Dad Poor Dad.
The book opened up a whole new world of education that I hadn’t experienced before. It was all about developing financial literacy and how to invest in assets to build wealth.
I felt inspired. This was the route that I wanted to take in life.
I bought my first property at the age of 21 and I felt convinced that this would be my road to riches.
But that property ended up getting trashed by my tenants and I sold up. I wanted out of the market after that bad experience.
I ended up selling just before a mega property boom. That meant thousands of dollars of lost potential profits. But it also showed me that property does have potential.
So, I decided to stick at it. Many years later, I have around 100 property deals under my belt.
Now you want to know what my secret is.
The Big Secret
I know what you’re thinking. It must take decades to earn the income needed to make as many deals as I have.
And if you do it the traditional way, it will.
My big secret is that I’m not using my own money. I’m using that of my private “Money Partners”.
